Customized content for cell phones

"The Times of India Group and Idea Cellular have signed a deal for customized content delivery to cell phone users, including news headlines through short messaging services (SMS), multimedia messaging services (MMS), and interactive voice response (IVR). Options are pre-programmed into the cellphone SIM cards", according to a post by Steve Outing in E-Media Tidbits.
